All orders are processed within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment and order confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods based on the availability:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
DUBAI FASHION POINT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DUBAI FASHION POINT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods and also make sure you create a video when opening the package before filing a claim.

DUBAI FASHION POINT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
